David Bowie, a gay or a bisexual?
David Bowie, who died last year at age 69, was one of the earliest figures in music to declare himself openly gay in 1972. However, in 1976 he said he was actually bisexual.
But in 1983, he changed his version again and in an interview with the magazine with Rolling Stone said that being bisexual had invented "to get surrounded by a greater mystery, defining this debacle as the biggest mistake he had made and talking about How he was always a heterosexual in the closet, "recalls the newspaper El Mundo.
The morning paper says "his supposed secret romance with Mick Jagger, frontman of the Rolling Stone has been endorsed by several biographies."
Other versions say that Bowie and his wife Angie organized orgies in their residence of Chelsea that regularly attended Jagger. The book "Mick: The Wild Life and Mad Genius of Jagger", biography of the Rolling singer says that he and David Bowie were fascinated for each other, "as artists and as men."
Boowie married twice. The first, with Angela Bowie with whom she had her eldest son, Duncan, who currently works as a film director and then with Iman Mohamed Abdulmajid, a Somali model who accompanied him to his death.
